Wilbert founded Tough Enough Construction in 2004, drawing on his second-generation construction and entrepreneurial background. As Chief Executive Officer, he has successfully enhanced productivity by 30% each year, establishing the firm as a reputable entity within the St. Louis metropolitan area.
Commercial Operations
John Reidler
John has over 25 years of experience in the roofing industry, having held various roles, including installer, crew foreman, superintendent, and commercial consultant. He leverages his extensive knowledge of roofing and construction to help elevate Tough Enough Construction to new heights.

Mario began his career in Information Technology and Entrepreneurship. After retiring from corporate employment in 2018, he devoted his full attention to entrepreneurship and the advancement of Tough Enough Construction.

Diane began her career 35 years ago in the medical manufacturing industry. After her early retirement in 2024, she transitioned significantly and now dedicates her full attention to managing the Tough Enough Construction office.
